Our Modular AHU Key Characteristics

Modular Design: For modular AHU, these units are composed of various functional sections, such as filter sections, cooling and heating sections, humidifying and dehumidifying sections, and fan sections. This design allows for flexible configuration according to the specific air-handling requirements of different electric-industry applications. For example, in a high-precision electronics manufacturing workshop, additional high-efficiency filter modules can be added to meet strict cleanliness standards.
High-Quality Filtration: The electric industry often requires clean air to prevent dust and particulate matter from affecting the performance and lifespan of electrical equipment. Modular AHUs usually offer multiple levels of filtration, including primary, medium efficiency, and high-efficiency filters. HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters may be used in some cleanroom-like environments in the electric industry, such as in the production of semiconductors or lithium-ion batteries.
Good Sealing and Insulation: To ensure energy efficiency and prevent air leakage, modular AHUs for the electric industry have excellent sealing performance.
